Applying the Business Model Canvas to Law Firms

I am new to the Hub.  I have not seen any discussions or posts applying the Canvas to law firms.  I am working with a mid-size well known law firm seeking to grow in new ways.  Does anyone have experience using the Canvas in this context?  Any advice?  Many thanks.  David

Hello David,

I'm working with Law Firms as a innovation consultant. In every case we illustrate their business with the business model canvas.

An example that is published is the BMC of Clarity Law Group (http://www.businessmodelinspiration.com/?p=131). I will follow this discussion and when I find something of importance I will join again.
