You might want to include the firms clients as stakeholders. If the firm is a "model citizen" the actions and behaviors that the firm displays create a transferable value. "We like the way you do business," is the statement you want to hear and the knowledge of how you got the firm there will be of interest to your clients. Not necessarily something that you can bill for but it will enhance your brand's value and that is part of what your clients are buying.
