Finally there are two versions - the second includes the triple bottom line addition for those so inclined.

I just wanted to add my Keynote version of the 'Business Model Canvas' for whose of us rather relying on Apple ;) I also exported the Keynote version in a PPT file ... of course coming with minor transition mistakes. I used that Keynote at the University Maastricht (describing how the business model gets set together, & also including 'post it's' to describe each block)
