I have to say I'm in agreement with Oliver Samwers' statement on learning from people with more experience. Everything starts with that. Even prominent business figures learned from other people's experiences and from there, developed strategies of their own. But given the Samwers's excellent talent for execution, they could have built far more unique and original e-commerce platforms. It is good to learn from other people on starting business and scaling up. But it is of course, a better idea to integrate and develop their original plans.
