Business model for a design firm

I wonder how a business model for a design firm could look like.
I have trouble constructing one. Anyone with some ideas or examples?

This is a nice request Rob.

It would be very interesting to see a take on JAM's business model. For those who may be unaware, JAM did some work with the book group and helped in designing the canvas graphic.

Having seen the FIFA model, what would be the business model of the very creative Business Models Inc ?
