I organized a small game convention in my city in March, it was at the time, just an idea and a dream, however the sucess of the event and the feedback we received from the attendees and sponsors got me to think in a business opportunity.

As i know and had used the Business Model Generation methodology i'm trying to apply it to this case.

However i like to know if anyone knows about application in those cases or any other similar business (seminars, congress, fairs, etc).
