Dear BMG Memebers,
I need your help. I read the BMG book and Blue Ocean. The information was extremely stimulating. I am at the research phase attempting the BWG Canvas. I need to organize a group to assist me with the Business Model Canvas. Please let me know if anyone is interested.

I did a new CANVAS on a new page. The Green POSTED-NOTES has the most recent model. Ignore the first page.

Hi Mario and everyone,

Here's my two cents about the new canvas (with the green notes):

I like the positioning, and it now has a clear strategy. But at the same time, each item of the canvas must be explored further: The language is too broad, and too "teoretical". I think you should be more specific and describe what do you mean by "co-created", "comunity management", "plataform management" and so on. Thus you will be able to actually plan the cost structure and define some key indicators for the organization.

Don´t you think Mario that it will be a good idea to prepare a document broaden the meaning of the concepts that appear in the green notes nad the relationship that will exist between them?

I see the new version as a more accessible approach to the business model your are building and I think that, with such document, you will be able to define it in a clear way.
