We are all preparing for the big tournament to start. The Netherlands is almost Orange, South Africa yellow and green I guess the same goes for Brazil. I can almost here the vuvuzela here in Amsterdam. Alex believes Switzerland will make it to the finals.

Co-create!
But how does the http://www.fifa.com business model look like? And how does the model of the hosting country South-Africa look like? What is the proposition, customer segments, revenue and costs? We are curious. Therefore we like to inspire you and challenge ourselves to draw the business model.

How?
First, we will build the model the next few days with help of your input. Second, we will visualize it and send it to you all as a co-created visualized model! You can then use it in your presentations, workshops, case studies as an example or nice visual.

Adapted model! (version 2)
Based on your input I modified the first set up into the 2 models FIFA and South Africa WC 2010. Take a look here... Look forward to your comments...

Hi Mike,

haha! you are right ;-) It costs considerable time to develop the visual and we started this a couple of days earlier. I can draw but this is too much. We have developed it with Erik our colleague. Such visual design and thinking process will cost approx. two full working days to complete ;-)

We are going to work now on infographics to add in the business model... Step no 2.

Cheers Patrick
The latest model including your remarks is included here. Thanks for your input and enjoy using it! Cheers Patrick

Thanks Patrick, I have enjoyed the discussions around this. I think you have hit on a very interesting dynamic for the hub. Maybe our members could pose other 'interesting' business problems and we could collectively put our creative minds together and see what we could generate as potential solutions.

I would love to hear if anyone else has a 'problem,' we could attack.

Cheers for your work starting and completing this.
