Feedback is welcome!!! use the "..._print.pdf" to print it at full size, or use the other file to view onscreen, but note that you'll have to zoom in. The type sizes are optimized for print now, and will be a little too small for comfortable screen reading.

Pagination is one thing that we're leaving out for now until a few of the other chunks are partially resolved for consistency, so the fact that there are no page numbers is intentional for now ;p

Also note, Some gray's will be too light to read on screen...in final print, this shouldn't be an issue, but some of your screens may not even show the light gray backgrounds, let alone any white text reversed out of it!!!

Enjoy the 5 minute video rationale, and looking forward to hearing your thoughts!!

Great job guys. The 9 pictograms and the nine acronyms are really helpful and well done.

Alan, you should also proposed a PDF version with the two pages next to each other. The design is really based on that point and without the video I didn't understand that there was a full page with the whole business model canevas at the beginning of the book.

As Val proposed in the marketing proposition, you already got the booktrailer ;-)
# chunk3_thecanvas_v1_0_1.pdf, <---- This one is two pages next to each other. (for viewing onscreening like you request)
# chunk3_thecanvas_print_v1_0_1.pdf, <--- This one is individudal pages for printing.

If you can't see those two files, let me know. Also, now there is the Issuu powered book-simulator thing so you can fullscreen it without and "flip" pages /zoom in, etc without downloading a pdf!
perfect. this looks like I had it in hands
thank you very much for adjustment
First impressions are feelings of pride to be associated with this project - and excited about what is being created! Will printout and read before commenting further.

Congratulations, terrific work. I am blown away by the transition from the raw book chunk to the designed edition.

I particularly like the bit at the end of the chapter where you make the link back to the the simplified canvas with its 9 components laid out. The graphics of the business model are wonderful at helping the understanding of the interplay of the components, but the return to the simply form of the canvas is, I believe, critical. In the end it is that form of the canvas people will use in meetings and on sketch pads to model business.

BTW I love the final pages showing the enhanced graphic to the simple graphic to the simple canvas and that leading out to the use of the canvas in pictures which expand. Then the example and last reinforcement of the canvas and notes. Brilliant.
Looking good!

This makes me think I'd like to have a hard copy of this when it's done. Are you planning to print this as a physical book when it's done?
You're kidding, right Victor?
No! Between the digital-proficiency of this audience and the new business model of the book itself, I don't assume that "book" means a physical book. Though now I see that is what is intended.
Victor, there are several reasons for printing a physical book. The most important one is that a physical book - I believe - is still taken more seriously than a digital one. The formats are not on equal footing yet. But then again it's only a belief...
:) That's actually pretty cool!!!
This is really coming along well. Nice job in truly enhancing the message and bringing the canvas to life. It's almost feeling interactive, which will entice people to actually use it. Great!!
Alan,

Great job, it looks good, I think the concept is very clear and visual description is brilliant!
