At the moment Alex, Alan and myself are running a workshop on Design of the Business Model Book in London. Alan described the design process from research to completion and asks us very important questions. As these answers will have a big impact on Design of the book, we really appreciate your help...

What would be nice considering is a light version of your book with all the essential elements (a kind of aggregation of the highlights we make when reading the book). Not an executive summary but a version where we have the essential ideas and practical example of how to use this knowledge practically.
Comparing this to HBR articles, I like the section "Idea in brief" and "Ideas in practice". This is very valuable as eventually the goal is to communicate your ideas and practical tools as well.
