I'm using the business model canvas for my strategic sustainability plan for a local grocery store here in Portland, Oregon. My proposal is for the store to adopt a digital receipt process that will be setup through a third party provider (myreceipts.com) to offer their customers. I'd love to get any ideas, suggestions and feedback.
