... where visionaries, game changers, and challengers discuss business models
We know that people from different generations (Baby, Gen X, Y and Z) face the jobs differently. Are there someone studyind the impact of the Generations over the Organizational Style and Business Plan?
I'm very interested to introduce this topic over discussion! It's clear that the leadership, management style and enterprise mission model.

hi Eduardo,
do you have some more information about your discussion. Besides business modelling i'm looking for information/studies about the generations and the development of organisations in the future. And this in combination with management style, leadership etc. Are organisation become less hierarchical? Is there a development in the sense of network organisations? What is the role of a manager? etc. It is hard to get information about this. Maube you can help me or have some suggestions.
regards, Mario
In fact I'm looking for exactly these kind of answers of discussions. It's easy to find descriptions of the profiles of the Generations members, sometimes by countries (yes, some authors describe differently the "X"s from USA and "X"s from Australia, by example). Difficult is to find discussions about the impact over the organization! Exactly as you point out - "less herachical", "managers acting as leaders", etc. That was the reason that I launch this subject as a discussion subject...
Interesting: last November, at Peter Drucker Forun at Vienna, one of the lectures was worried about the near future when the "baby-boomers" would be retired and the "X"s and "Y"s would be on the Political Positions and probably they will not "think twice" to cut benefits because the new generations grew without the perspecttive of retirement!
