How to use Buisnesss Model Generation to create a hackerspace in Bangkok thailand

Hi, my Garvin Boonsong, i'm based in Bangkok thailand. i'm part of a team to create a Bangkok Hackerpace in thailand- a place where where people can meet and work on their projects.

We're trying to create this space that will hopefully stimulate a start up community in thailand

I'm wondering how use the concept of Buisness Model Generation to create a hackerspace in thailand?
What are the steps should i start taking?

I have no expierence in terms of doing a thing like this, i never run or created a buisness before.

I appreciate all your helps and suggestions

Thanks
Garvin

Hi Garvin, I've lived in Thailand for 14 months (in Chiang Mai). It would be wonderful if you could get an Entrepreneurship Hackerspace going there!

Easiest is to spontaneously launch a business model get-together - maybe of people who have read the Business Model Generation book. The rest will emerge. I'm confident you have read and maybe even promoted the 70+ free pages of the book, which you can find online: http://www.businessmodelgeneration.com

Good luck,
Alex

Hi Alex, are you still in Chiang Mai? I realize that this post is over a year old.

Sincerely,

Jeff

back for a visit in July/August 2012 ;-)
