Some time ago I was asked by a client if I could summarize those writers and thinkers who influenced my thinking on business design and innovation. I put together the following graphic to show whose ideas and approaches I really liked and used. This network has really shaped my understanding and the tools I use in my work.

One small note the bubble I labeled "Customer Value Canvas" has evolved into the Value Proposition Canvas". When I put this graphic together the VP Canvas was just being developed.
