Hi all, 

I am looking for examples of successful turnaround and/or introduction of innovative business models in the field of luxury consumer goods and electronics (apple excluded..) 

Value chain integration or disintegration, introduction of new revenue streams, innovative partnerships,etc..

Is there any case you can point out? It would be great just with the name of some companies/brands which i could look more into.
