Hi all

I face a fierce bug on the calculation part of the iPad Toolbox and was wondering if only I do have these issues or others too.

When I enter on the cost side to ressource elements any fixed costs and try to apply these, then the costs are disappearing and are equalled to zero. I tried to reset the iPad and the application, etc. and have reproduced the bug many times. Does anyone have the same issues and question #2 is: When is a new release due to fix these issues?

As an enhancement request, I would ask if there could be sort functionality to be able to sort many of the different canvases according to customers, accounts, etc.

Thanks for any feedback from anyone sharing the possible issue or having a resolution for it.

Well I downloaded the recent Toolbox update and while downloading the demo movie, my electricity went off, for iPad2 it is just the WiFi going off. After this, I only see a blank screen when I open the Toolbox. I am unable to see my Canvas at all. I am searching all over how to recover this.

 

To be precise the 1st release came with only one intro movie. The new update came with 3 more. While I was downloading the 3rd movie out of the total 4, this event happened.

 

Can someone test this scenario and revert. I don't want to loose my BM data.

Confused over this blank screen I took another risk of upgrading to iOS 5. Now that the new firmware is flashed and all the Apps are restored, I see the Home screen of toolbox finally!!

 

But I suggest you folks to test this scenario and fix the problem. May be it is a good idea to subscribe for the iCloud daily backup over WiFi ;-)

S**T my BM canvas which I worked for months has now disappeared after this iOS 5 upgrade. I did back up my all applications before this upgrade, though my intention of this upgrade was to get back my Toolbox screen which was going blank screen when opened.

 

Does anyone have any idea if the Application data gets backed up before a firmware upgrade to new iOS 5? How do I restore my application (Toolbox) data if it is stored somewhere. I am not sure the App itself stores the Canvas somewhere on the web? (though I do not want this feature for security reasons, I wish such a feature would have been there with a Password encryption or simply we could use the PC or iCloud).

 

Any ideas?

Doesn't appear that there is any backup process.

I took pictures as a backup, however any calculations and notes have vanished after my IOS 5 upgrade.

I have been hesitant to continue to use it until there is a sync with iCloud or somewhere for backup & restore.
