What is your BMG Workshop experience?

Hello All-

We are planing to hold a BMG campaign,  Hubbers input is greatly appreciated on these points concerning the Workshop they attended/held:

  1. Duration for the campaign?
  2. Number of attendees?
  3. Major challenges you faced? 
  4. How did you manage keeping it "Fun and Simple"?
