I have, with thanks to Alex et al, attached two copies of the poster. One uses customer and the other client. Depending on which environment you are in one may be more appropriate than the other.

Thanks Mike. Is this the same as the stick-to-the-wall poster that was created and sold by the "Toronto gang"?

Not sure about the "Toronto gang" version (I'm in Ottawa). I received this from Alex, and I believe it was posted publicly for a while; though I can't seem to find the location. The 'client' version was done at my, and I suppose others, request. I work in the public sector (government) and they tend to react poorly to references to 'customers'.

Maybe I'm mixing up the Canadian cities =) I call to remember that this group http://guestlistapp.com/events/7500 distributed a customized wall poster to be used in workshops. I guess I might as well bring the pdf files to a copy shop. Thanks.
