Andy,  I'm also in the UK public sector (employed by a LA but currently on extended secondment to a joint vehicle private sector partnership providing services to the public sector). I'm based in Birmingham.

How did you project go?

I've often thought that the public sector should look to trade more services.  I think a good way to meet the current budget cuts would be to move to a shared services model for as many back office processes as possible then trade those services to the private and third sectors commercially.

Hi. I'm UK based ina local authority public sector. I'm seeking examples of how others may of applied the canvas approach to looking at how to 'monetise' public sector offers to customers. I am in teh process of leading aproject to consider this in my own organisation and would be interested in seeing if there were other public sector users out there. Thanks
