Comment by Deborah Nas on September 13, 2012 at 1:17pm It is the time of year that most companies start to rethink their strategy and business models. An effective way to think out of the box in strategy formulation is to organise a Business War Game. SunIdee has developed a special version of such a War Game to help companies rethink their business model in a strategic context: the Business Model War Game.
Are you curious how this works in practice?

The results of your war game will be summarised in a movie clip, making it easy for you to share results with colleagues.

Comment by Egbert-Jan van Dijck on February 29, 2012 at 7:15pm Hi Igor,
Nice to meet you here. Good to hear that you are familiar with the canvas. It's important to know that this is only a tool. There is more! The book Business Model Generation will give you a clear understanding of the many opportunities. Furthermore, my advice is to search for a couple of youtube videos and become inspired by some of the more experienced people and their work.
Good luck with your Media Concept!
Kind regards,
Egbert-Jan
