Really can;t wait for the Web App + iPad connection now using it to roll out business model for MPI across Europe at the Chapter Level. Very useful to roll out MPI 3.0 Strategy concieved back in Vancouver with Alex Osterwalder during World Education Congress with MPI Board. Thanks Alex, very inspiring stuff... let me know if you need me to test anything in the Web App before launch.

The cloud extension is actually coming sooner than you think :-) We're launching the Web App this coming month and the connection to the iPad App soon after!

Really like using this when sketching out ideas with teams/ groups. Tried it both in mapping out conference models and for students in a Hybrid event class. Happy to share the models with you. EventCamp%20Europe%20bmg.png

It was pain for me to make business model before getting this toolbox. Because it was difficult to measure quality of business model.

However, I feel happy to generate business model !

It is easy to generate and examine diverse business models.

Especially, This tool is useful to KAIZEN (Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement) business models.

Markus, continúe always dreaming.

this toolbox, is the best way to get insight of your "expect" customers, because once you ask them all the hypothesis that you have on your mind, you could change you business model quickly and continue testing your idea.

I think the Business Model Toolbox could really be the beginning of a great software solution. If it would be linked to a cloud service where you could store your business models and collaborate with other users on the same model, that would be great. And even more, if you could also access your models in the cloud with a web app version of the Business Model Toolbox...

Sorry, just dreaming ;)
