Profile Information

Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
It challenges the way that I think and can add value to the businesses I work with. I enjoy the visual and interactive nature of frameworks such as Business Model Generation. I welcome the opportunity of moving away from the long business plans to more innovative business models
How would you best describe your level of expertise when it comes to business models?
Who do you work for? What do you do?
I run my own business called Asmosys. Asmosys focuses on working with businesses or individuals to build internal capability for external excellence. Inside / Outside. It is osmosis the Alan Scott way with a recognition of the role SYStems play in that organisational or personal transformation. These systems incorporate technology, process, people and our own internal systems such as beliefs, passion and motivations.
What industry do you mainly work in (e.g. financial services, telco, utilities, public sector, academia, pharma...)?
Private business in a range of industries
