Alternative icebreakers or intros

It's been a while since I last posted. I'm back with a question. I'm looking for  icebreaker/workshop intro ideas other than the "COW" example (i.e. cattle and/or dairy business models) to introduce Art & Industrial Design Students to the Business Model Canvas. There business knowledge is limited to nonexistent so I am looking for ideas to get their creative juices flowing and get them geared up to applying the canvas.See More

Between us, what did you think of the meeting in Amsterdam? I was set to attend, and then my Assistant Deputy Minister changed a major strategic meeting date, so I wasn't able to attend. Besides the serendipity of getting some work, did I miss something great?
