Thank you Axel for your message. No actually we do not work with GRAIN. They have their own consultants and use more traditionnal methods. Anyway we have a certain number of experiences with start-ups and it appears that our approach is complementary to the type of work they can do within the incubator. What we are doing with business models scenarios is more about strategic thinking and assumptions challenging. Very often, after a few sessions, entrepreneur change their vision about how to do business with their innovation. This is I suppose what you call coaching ?

Valerie
