Co-author with Michael Hinshaw of SMART CUSTOMERS, STUPID COMPANIES: Why Only Intelligent Companies Will Thrive, and How to Be One of Them. We believe that every company must act like a startup or risk perishing as the four disruptive forces we profile disrupt every industry. We also believe that most firms are doing the exact opposite, hence our title.
