Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
In order to find answer,
+ Why it is so difficult for established firms to pull off growth that BMI can bring?, and
+ Why companies merely compete through products and services, and rather compete through their business models?

and, thus, help firms:
+ Fostering business model innovation through effectual thinking (a promising, problem-solving approach designed to be functional in uncertainty and empirically tested in studies within the field of entrepreneurship as a form of expertise)
+ Accelerate business model innovation through open, collaborative innovation efforts, processes, and organizational skills
+ Changing their underlying business assumptions, abandoning their organizational inertia and kicking off business model change, especially through a effective change management understanding and, therefore, establishing organizational learning as a route for a firm's future survival
