Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?

The interest about BPM is relatively new. Seeing the organization from the perspective of processes and manage them in order to promote outcomes more aligned to customer expectations and shareholders have shown a practice extremely compatible with the existing business needs in various market niches, and i just love that!

I run my own business. Right now i'm CEO at ebis. Since assuming office went through many changes and we are trying to build a new business model, changing the way we deliver our services.
