- In grad school I studied models of human memory. I've done modeling for software, including Design Patterns for decades, so I am very excited to see Design Patterns and Prototyping applied to "Iterative, Incremental" business model development.

- I have founded 4 startups. I am getting ready to launch NeighborSquad.TV to help people fire their cable company with tech support from neighbors.Technical problem? Dial NeighborSquad and text messages will find the closest neighborhood member “service people,” who can walk over to help you with TV issues and Internet education. For teens this is a 21st Century paper route.
