Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
I have dedicated myself for more than 15 years to the value-based future creation of organisations and business models. I have collected intensive project expierences as an innovation expert within leading international operating consulting organisations such a Accenture. Besides my professional work I am an assistant professor in cooperation with Strascheg Center for Entrepreneurship at University of Applied Sciences Munich in the areas: Entrepreneurship and Innovation. Together with my students we create innovative business models in the Hospitality & Tourism industry.

Who do you work for? What do you do?
I like to inspire and enable my clients to reinvent their business models. I founded REINVENTIS in 2006, with the goal to offer on a basis of strategic analysis, concept and implementation consulting a special form of innovation support that not only develops visions, but also implements results. My network-team and I combine creativity, strategic management and marketing consulting with classic project services in order to not only show our clients new ways, but also to make these accessible to them. Beside this I run research und methodology development on "Hospitality Thinking".
