Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?

I am teaching at a business school - HRM, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management and CEM/CRM - and I consult, coach and train young entrepreneurs and sales organizations. Business model generation/optimization is the most important step in most cases to improve situations.
