Organizations need a thorough evaluation method (Business Model Canvas) to gain an overall perspective of their operation (or part of it). If the model is thorough and accurate, the organization can identify areas to be improved. Planning and implementation of improvements can easily be seen in light of their impact on the entire dept. or organization.
