Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
I have run a small business for 10 years and also worked in designing the architecture for large and global organizations. These organizations often lack the unifying and simply concept models to drive their business. A good business model is pivotal to driving reinvention, transformation, improvement, innovation and prosperity.
