Business model for Public-Private partnerships

Has anyone been working on a business model for Public-Private partnerships? Especially in healthcare this form of business models will receive increased attention, hence it would be usefull to have some sort of pattern for PPP's where pretty much all of the building blocks are or can be shared. This would probably be like a multi-layers business model canvas....?A similar concept is the "shared risk" model where e.g. insurers and healthcare providers or pharmaceuticals beare a joined riskHansSee More
