Profile Information

Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
We build multidimensional enterprise business models. Those models are based on cause and effect drivers making true cost models; when combined with the respective revenues a full business model is generated in: revenue, cost, profit and their respective unit–revenue, unit-cost, unit -profit and volume for all dimensions, like: customer, customer-channel, products etc. I believe that each enterprise -from a new start up to existing ones-should have that full understanding and transparency in order to analyze and improve their performance and profitability. We have special systematic analysis as numeric and graphical tools as part of our solution. Also uncertainties can be better understood by using Monte Carlo simulations. Models are numeric or symbolic or a hybrid allowing putting on levers where ever one wants and making ad hoc simulations very easy.
Models are all fed from excel tables.
