A company's website to be successful must favor the collaboration of visitors. This asks for openess. Openess cannot be directed to the outside only, openess on the inside leeds to transparency in the decision making process. This may leed to a flatter hierarchy and just maybe to a more democratic environment (promotions thru and by peers).
