Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
It drives the whole value creation process. The model created by Alex helps to focus on customers and the CVP. Normal strategy books and processes tend to forget that and concentrate on the traditional stuff of strategy.

Who do you work for? What do you do?
I am a freelance lecturer in strategy, finance, and systems thinking. As such I do most of my work for the University of Stellenbosch Business School in South Africa. I also consult, and teach in Africa and the Middle east.
