Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?

I've been working as an Industrial Designer for 10 years, but I havent elaborate a plan to boost my business, right now I'm struggling to keep my business running, and I've realized that I need a plan to do so.

Mainly I work developing interactive projects for museums, to do this I have a team of engineers who help create the electronic part which give life to the project. I also design and manufacture furniture for retail stores.
