- Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
- I strongly believe that many of the concepts of business innovation BMG can be used by unemployed people in the developing world to facilitate the creation of successful businesses that will help provide jobs and alleviate poverty. I am currently designing an intensive 6 week course for recent graduates in Britain on business design, who will then travel to Kenya and work with groups of unenployed Kenyans to co-design businesses and create jobs.

Welcome to the Business Model Innovation Hub. I have a couple of suggestions for you on the subjects of games and innovating business models.
1 - Gamestorming by Dave Gray, Sunni Brown and James Macanufo; this is a wonderful reference for collaborative games to support work environment and innovation
2 - Lean Launchpad: Steve Blank, creator of the Customer Development Model, shares the content and results of a class he taught at Stanford University where in he led groups of students through the design, testing and launching of new businesses. This is a great example of using the business model canvas to develop business ideas.
