"One more thing, would you not expect very similar answers for 'like to eliminate' and 'like to reduce'? I can't think of many examples right now of things I'd want to reduce but not eliminate eventually."

Hi Joshua;

Welcome to the Business Model Innovation Hub. I have a couple of suggestions for you on the subjects of games and innovating business models.

1 - Gamestorming by Dave Gray, Sunni Brown and James Macanufo; this is a wonderful reference for collaborative games to support work environment and innovation

2 - Lean Launchpad: Steve Blank, creator of the Customer Development Model, shares the content and results of a class he taught at Stanford University where in he led groups of students through the design, testing and launching of new businesses. This is a great example of using the business model canvas to develop business ideas.
