The Agile Strategy Methodology focuses on business modeling, innovation, visualization, strategic agility, sensitivity, transparency, diversity, efficient interaction, resource fluidity and shared leadership. The key elements of the Agile Strategy approach are business model innovations and business modeling, of which builds the flexible business architecture for the whole strategy execution from ideas to business and return of investments.

Our clients are start-ups in incubator (incubator is using our software to manage start-ups) and also 3.5 Billion Euro construction company. Mainly, we are working with organizations, which managing several innovative business models at the same time, for example, incubator, venture capitalist, executive education and multi-business corporations.
