Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
Because the business model design is all about dynamics, innovation, flexibility, strategy and is related with courage. This is something I am passionate about and would like to show it not only in my current Master Thesis, but also to apply this knowledge and related skills in my future professional career.
How would you best describe your level of expertise when it comes to business models?

Who do you work for? What do you do?
I am currently a master student in International Tourism management. In the meantime I did an internship for an international full-service marketing and communications agency, namely Threeview. I am now about to start my master thesis which is going to be related with this company - where I have to define its current business model and its successful strategy for the future.
What industry do you mainly work in (e.g. financial services, telco, utilities, public sector, academia, pharma...)?

Perhaps a little guidance on your posting. You will be a lot more likely to get a response from members of the Hub if you post your own ideas and use the community as a feedback, or input resource. Putting up a problem statement and asking others for solutions may not spark much of a response. Building business models is an art rather than a science and there are no 'approved solutions', really only good and better ideas.

 

So take a crack at the solution and see what the members think.
