I have successfully introduced the use of the Business Model Canvas and of the Value Proposition Canvas tools in the organization I work for. I have defined a "Methodology for the design and the internationalization of new global solutions and products", based on the BMC and on the VPC, which is currently being used as a base for all new products and services.
I have more than once helped my friends in conceptualizing their startups, through the use of the BMC/VPC, always with excellent feedbacks from them.
