Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?

The Business Model Canvas has become one of the most important tools I use with clients to gain insight and develop opportunities. Using the visual language allows me to show clients their business and engage them in the co-creative consulting process that is required for innovation. Ultimately, I am a raving fan.
