Corporate Mobile Apps competition. need BM Canvas?

We are launching a corporate wide competition for ideas of mobile apps for students, members should form teams & submit app ideas, winning team to receive valuable prizes/recognition.  We were thinking of teams to pitch their ideas in 5-10 minutes using BM Canvases and Wire-frames for more crystallization of the idea. Question is: By doing so, will we be over-complicating the competition? "Lots of wall space for the BM Canvas posters and flip chart paper to put up on walls. Get people to stand rather than to sit around tables ;-)"

Physical layout for a BM workshop

Hello,  How should the physical setting for a BM workshop be?  We are launching a 30-member 4-hours workshop (BM concepts + brainstorming + presentations), we thought we'd need a casual room layout  that could really drive more creativity, rather than a typical meeting one. What do you think?
