I'm an independent management and organizational development consultant who is passionate about helping companies thrive in the 21st century.

By integrating insights from the complexity sciences, agile project management, design thinking and entrepreneurial research and using a strength-based approach to organizational change I help clients from the private, public and non-profit sector to improve their agility and grow their ability to change to an ever-changing environment.
