Doing business differently and in new ways excites me, the process of bringing people together to think differently is also a great driver of excitement. EE Invests £50m in transforming its service model

Recently the mobile phone company has announced a £50m investment in transforming its service model into a device oriented model. As a case study I have mapped out the model to see how the change to its value proposition impacted other aspects of the model. I also used the business model environment diagram to illustrate the forces at work.
