Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?

I'm interested in innovation at the level of organizational design that maps to strategic design, choice and leadership, and interested in its corresponding direction: from organizational innovation to emergent strategies. These adaptive ways of learning have implications for business models, which must become more flexible so they don't lock in stable models beyond their effective horizon.
