Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?

I work with entrepreneurs and major corporations. I so often see "MBA-speak" business models and plans that have had a lot of effort go into them, without any test of whether they work.
I am intrigued to see if a practical software based tool can give business model builders the power of communication like that of mind-mapping.

Self employed via my own company, Outovate Holdings. I provide business development improvement services to the ITC, aviation, and sustainability communities. "Business development improvement" is a wide term that covers most things that affect top line revenues.
