Profile Information

Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?
Firstly it is visually compelling and is akin to a basic jigsaw providing a picture of how the high level components of a business integrate and interact. Because people can see the linkages between the nine blocks the impact of proposed changes can be readily filtered across all components of the model to reveal the altered high level scenario.
As an experienced strategist I am excited to work with the concept.

Who do you work for? What do you do?
