I have true passion for business and innovative business models. Rapid changes in the world due to technology and other economical factors require businesses to adapt in order to succeed. Success in business is a lot more exciting and demanding at the same time. Business these days need to be lean and very innovative to break through, which requires different kind of thinking on the leader's part.
