Why are you passionate about business models and business model innovation?

Exploring new ways to add value, moving away from traditional business models has been my passion for quite some time now. Especially interesting to me are are those innovating business models when they originate from within traditional businesses. On top of the challenges that come with new business models, organisations are then confronted with additional hurdles.
